Ryan holds the ASE Master Automobile Technician certification — the highest level of ASE recognition — covering all nine automotive systems. With an Associate of Occupational Studies degree in Automotive Diesel Technology from Universal Technical Institute (1994) and decades of specialized transmission and GM training, he brings unmatched depth to every diagnosis.

Robert is ASE certified in Engine Repair, Brakes, and Heating & Air Conditioning, and holds MACS certification under Section 609 of the Clean Air Act for refrigerant handling. His ongoing NAPA Autotech training keeps him current on the latest diagnostic strategies, electrical systems, and powertrain technology.
